Notary Public Services Available

If you have a real property-related document that must be notarized, you may come to the Registry Office during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Please bring the document that must be notarized and some form of photo identification issued by a government agency (such as a driver’s license or passport). Do not sign the document until the notary directs you to do so.

ATTENTION: ALL NOTARIES
A journal to record notarial acts may be purchased at the State Bookstore in Room 116 of the State House, at various retail office supply stores, or on the Secretary of State website

Administer Notary Oath & Commission to Qualify Services

If you have been appointed a Notary Public, if you are an existing Notary renewing your commission, or if you have been appointed to some other office, you may take your Oath of Office at the Worcester Registry of Deeds.

There is no charge for this service. Please call our Customer Service Department at (508) 368-7000 to schedule an appointment.
