Notary Public Services Available

If you have a document that must be notarized, you may come to the Registry Office during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Please bring the document that must be notarized and some form of photo identification issued by a government agency (such as a driver’s license or passport). Do not sign the document until the notary directs you to do so.

ATTENTION: ALL NOTARIES
A journal to record notarial acts, which the Governor’s Executive Order 455 suggests you keep for record keeping purposes, may be purchased at the State Bookstore in Room 116 of the State House, at various retail office supply stores, or on the Secretary of State website
