Our data is in for the first quarter of 2024, and median prices in the Northern Essex district continue to rise. Compared to the first quarter of 2023, the average median for Q1 of 2024 is up nearly 19% in Andover, 20% in Lawrence, 15% in Methuen, and 16% in North Andover.
