Register Paul Iannuccillo has released the January 2024 “By The Numbers” reports for Andover, Lawrence, Methuen, and North Andover. Included is a median sale price calculation for each city and town in the Northern Essex District.
Median sale prices were up from December in Lawrence (21.4%) Methuen (2.5%) and North Andover (1.9%). The median price was down in Andover (-5.5%).
Compared to January 2023, the median prices last month were higher across the board. In Lawrence the median was over 36% higher. It was 19% higher in Methuen, and 5% higher in Andover and North Andover.
