Berkshire County Court Houses are closed today. Therefore the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds will be close today, Thursday, April 4, 2024, due to inclement weather.
E-Recording will be available (except for Land Court documents) as long as internet and power allows.


Guidelines For Public Entry:

The Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds has fully re-opened. You may wait for your documents or request that we return in postage-paid envelope provided by you. (we also have in- house mail slots for all frequent registry users).


Registered Land ( Land Court):

Land Court/Registered Land documents must be emailed to [email protected] for review prior to bringing or submitting electronically for registration.
