Please note, e-recording is an additional option for submitting sale documents – sale packages may still be submitted in-person, by courier/drop-off, overnight delivery, and by USPS mail.
Packages must be submitted before 3:15 PM EDT for same-day review.
Sale packages that include documents not listed above or that include Land Court approvals or Land Court Orders should continue to be submitted in-person, by courier/drop-off, overnight delivery, or by mail.
