Consumer Alert!

There are companies offering to provide homeowners a Certified Copy of their deed for a cost of $83.00.

Please Take Note: You can print a FREE copy of your deed from our website or contact our Customer Service Department by calling 617-679-6300 or emailing us.

Customer Beware!

It has come to our attention that National Grid customers are being contacted by telephone by individuals who claim to be from National Grid and demand payment on their utility bill. They also demand over the phone payment to replace your old meter with new smart meters and threaten customers with service termination within hours if phone payment is not made immediately.

Please follow this link if you would like more information on utility scams:  https://www.nationalgridus.com/Our-Company/Scam-Alert
