How to Obtain a Copy of Your Deed
A certified copy of your deed may be obtained by dropping of or mailing in the certified copy request form below. The cost for a copy of a deed / document is $1.00 per page. The cost for a Registered Land Certificate is $5 (regardless of number of pages). Please include a check made payable to Commonwealth of MA and a stamped, return envelope.
