Registry is accepting registered land sale packages for electronic recording (with deed consideration over $100.00)
Documents that may be submitted with a sale package are listed on the E-Recording Page on Registry’s website; the Registry’s Facebook Page; and the Latest News posting regarding E-Recording Registered Land, on the Registry’s Home Page
All registered land deeds submitted for recording MUST have the current certificate of title written on the first page, in the middle of the bottom margin.
For Simplifile submitters, the current Certificate of Title number must be entered in the “Certificate ID” field for the deed and all documents that precede the deed in the package. See “Certificate ID” field, highlighted below:
