Registered Land e-Recording
Register Curtatone is pleased to announce that the Registry has now expanded Registered Land e-recording to include sale AND non-sale packages. The following documents may now be submitted electronically in Registered Land, whether or not they are submitted with a sale package:
- AFFIDAVIT OF NO DIVORCE (see Certificate of Death, below)
- AFFIDAVIT OF NON-REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY
- AFFIDAVIT PURSUANT TO MGL 65C
- ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS
- ASSIGNMENT OF PERMITTING DOCUMENTS
- CERTIFICATE OF DEATH (Note: Affidavit of No Divorce may be attached to Death Certificate and submitted as one document, indexed as Death Certificate; total recording fee is $105.00)
- CERTIFICATE UNDER MGL C. 183A s. 6(d)
- CORPORATE VOTE
- DECLARATION OF HOMESTEAD
- DECLARATION OF TRUST
- DEED
- MA LLC CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING

All registered land deeds submitted for e-recording MUST have the current certificate of title written on the first page, in the middle of the bottom margin.
E-recording is an additional option. Documents may still be submitted in-person, by courier/drop-off, overnight delivery, and by USPS mail.
E-recording packages must be submitted before 3:15 PM EDT for same-day review.
Packages that include documents not listed above or that include Land Court Approvals or Land Court Orders should continue to be submitted in-person, by courier/drop-off, overnight delivery, or by mail.
NOTE: Submission of Mortgage Assignments and Discharges are limited to FIVE PER DAY from any one entity at this time. Registered Land e-recording is not accepting “bulk” discharge or assignment recordings at this time.
