The Registry of Deeds will be offering a Registered Land Seminar on September 20th at the MV Museum with Land Court Judge Robert B. Foster, Chief Title Examiner Christina T. Geaney, and Chief Surveyor Stephen T. LaMonica.
This event provides a unique opportunity to engage with officials that are experts in legal matters related to registered land and court procedures.
In order to make the seminar as meaningful and productive as possible, we will be compiling a list of topics and questions that participants would like addressed. Please email [email protected] by September 10th so that we can share these with our guest presenters as we finalize the agenda.
