Dukes County Register of Deeds Paulo C. DeOliveira participated as a panelist in Technology & Digitization and Fraud Prevention and Title Integrity discussions hosted by the Massachusetts Land Court during a judicial benchmarking visit by members of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
Register DeOliveira joined Kathryn A. Toomey, Register of Deeds for the Worcester District, and Land Court officials to discuss the evolution of registry technology, electronic recording, and the safeguards that protect title integrity in Massachusetts’ registered land system.
