Register DeOliveira was nominated by State Representative Thomas Moakley, who cited the Register’s work to modernize and organize registry operations and improve access to public records. The recognition was presented at the Massachusetts State House on Beacon Hill as part of the statewide celebration spotlighting leaders from Latino communities across Massachusetts. Latino Excellence on the Hill is an annual event that celebrates contributions of Latino leaders to communities across the Commonwealth. The program is hosted by the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus.
