The Dukes County Courthouse will be closed to the public for disinfecting as of now and will reopen on Thursday, 12/31. A Trial Court employee who was last there on 12/22 has tested positive for COVID-19.
We will process all e-recordings submitted Tuesday and Wednesday as planned. If you have a closing that is registered land, cannot be e-filed or rescheduled to a later date, please contact the Registry to setup a time to have documents picked up from the drop box located behind the building at 81 Main St, Edgartown.
