The Edgartown Courthouse will be temporarily closed for disinfecting, due to reopen Wednesday, November 2nd. Personnel at the court have tested positive for COVID.
The Registry of Deeds will process all e-recordings submitted Monday and Tuesday as planned. If you have a closing that is registered land, cannot be e-filed or rescheduled to a later date, please contact the Registry to setup a time to have documents picked up.
