To Order a Corporate Certificate and Pick It Up at the Dukes County Registry of Deeds

1. Log into the Secretary of State William Galvin’s Website
2. Select the Certificate you would like
3. In the Section labeled “SPECIAL FILING INSTRUCTIONS type the following: “I request my certificate be sent to the Dukes County Registry of Deeds”
4. Complete the form
5. Corporate Certificates can be picked up at the Customer Service Desk at the Registry of Deeds
