Outage 7-19

The worldwide software outage has affected our e-recording portals and the Mass Land Records website. The Registry of Deeds remains open for in person recordings and our public search terminals are operational.

Inclement weather closing

For the safety of our patrons and staff, our office will be closed on February 13th. Electronic recordings will be accepted in both recorded and registered land. We will resume normal business hours on Wednesday February 14, 2024.
