The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds is fully open for business. We welcome everyone who wishes to enter. You may choose to be assisted in the front lobby or at the recording desk. We will accommodate you in any way that makes you feel comfortable.

You may also choose to send your documents via UPS, Fedex or USPS to the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, 65 Park Street, Suite 1, Adams, MA 01220 and our E-File vendors are:

Registered Land (Land Court):

Registered Land cannot be recorded electronically at this time.

Registered Land Documents should first be emailed to [email protected] and [email protected] for review and approval prior to bringing them in for recording.

All Registered Land Notary Acknowledgments must adhere to MGL Ch.222 Section 15(b)

They also demand over the phone payment to replace your old meter with new smart meters and threaten customers with service termination within hours if phone payment is not made immediately.
