All Recorded Land Plans from 1731 to date have been scanned and are available on our here,\u00a0masslandrecords.com<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0A plot plan is a stamped drawing, drawn to a measurable scale by a state registered engineer or a state registered land surveyor. Plot plans do not get recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plan Recording Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Amendments under the General Laws, Chapter 36, section 13A, the registers of deeds of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with the approval of the Attorney General hereby promulgate the following rules for plans to be recorded at registries of deeds.
