  2. Select the Certificate you would like<\/li>\n
  3. In the Section labeled \u201cSPECIAL FILING INSTRUCTIONS type the following: \u201cI request my certificate be sent to the Worcester Registry of Deeds\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. Complete the form<\/li>\n
  5. Corporate Certificates can be picked up at the Reception Desk at the Registry of Deeds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
