Registered Land e-Recording<\/h3>\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p><strong>Register Murphy is pleased to announce that the Suffolk Registry of Deeds will begin e-recording Registered Land on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-recording packages must be submitted before 3:30 pm for same day recording.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Documents that are\u00a0<strong>NOT<\/strong>\u00a0eligible for e-recording include:<\/p>\n<p>Land Court Approvals, Land Court Orders, Master Deeds and Amendments thereto, Multiple Fee Documents (e.g. Release of MTG &amp; Asst Leases and Rents on one document) Multiple Certificate Documents (e.g. MTG on 2 different certificates), Notation Deeds (e.g. partial interest transfer, sheriff\u2019s deeds and commissioners deed). These should be submitted in-person, by courier\/drop off, overnight delivery or by USPS mail.<\/p>\n<p>Be sure to have the most current up to date Certificate of Title on all your documents as well as when imputing into the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0party vendor.\u00a0 Staff will NOT be able to change incorrect certificate numbers and will have to reject the documents.<\/p>\n<p>Bulk recordings will not be accepted.
