Gen. Laws c. 185 (Land Court and Registered Land) become effective on February 2, 2025.&nbsp; On January 27, 2025 the Land Court\u2019s Chief Title Examiner issued two new Memorandums addressing the legislative amendments.&nbsp; See:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Memo: Land Court Guideline 63 (Voluntary Withdrawal, G.L. c. 185, \u00a7 52) and Guideline 64 (Withdrawal From Registration, G.L. c. 183A, \u00a7 16); and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Memo: Amendment of Section 114 under Chapter 185 of the General Laws as Authorized by Section 49 of Chapter 150 of the Acts of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These registered land memorandums are available on the Land Court\u2019s website,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mass.gov\/lists\/registered-land-memos-from-the-chief-title-examiner\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.mass.gov\/lists\/registered-land-memos-from-the-chief-title-examiner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The recent legislative amendments to Mass.
