Documents may still be submitted in-person, by courier\/drop-off, overnight delivery, and by USPS mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E-recording packages must be submitted before 3:15 PM EDT for same-day review.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Packages that include documents not listed above or that include Land Court Approvals or Land Court Orders should continue to be submitted in-person, by courier\/drop-off, overnight delivery, or by mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE: Submission of Mortgage Assignments and Discharges are limited to FIVE PER DAY from any one entity at this time.
