If you live elsewhere, there are many places around the Commonwealth where you may\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.state.ma.us\/pre\/prepdf\/Commissioners-to-Qualify-3-6-20.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">take your oath<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to take your oath here at the Registry of Deeds in the Lowell Justice Center, p<strong>lease call 978-322-9000 to make an appointment.<\/strong>&nbsp;You must have paid your $60 fee and received your Notary Certificate signed by the Governor before you may make an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notary Public Services Not Available<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Registry of Deeds does not notarize documents.
