Using Middlesex North\u2019s e-Recording System a document can be submitted to the Registry of Deeds for electronic recording. This efficient, reliable service allows users to file documents from the convenience of their office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For preapproval of Registered Land Documents, please email documents to: preapprovals-lowell@sec.state.ma.us<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
