You can order a Corporate Certificate from the Secretary of States office and pick it up at the Hampden County Registry of Deeds.<\/p>\n

Follow these instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Log into <\/i> Secretary of State William Galvin\u2019s Website<\/a><\/li>\n
2. Select the Certificate you would like<\/li>\n
3. In the Section labeled \u201cSPECIAL FILING INSTRUCTIONS” type the following: \u201cI request my certificate be sent to the Hampden County Registry of Deeds\u201d<\/li>\n
4. Complete the form<\/li>\n
5. Corporate Certificates can be picked up at the Customer Service Desk at the Registry of Deeds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     How to request a Certificate by e-mail:<\/h4>\n

     <\/i> Search the Corporations Database\u00a0<\/a>to locate or verify an entity\u2019s ID Number<\/p>\n

     It is not necessary to take special ordering action to receive certificates by e-mail. Simply order the certificate and if it is available via e-mail the E-Mail column on this Certificate Request Form will present a box. Check the box and you will receive the certificate via contact e-mail. If you do not check the box the certificate will be delivered through regular mail.<\/p>\n

     All e-mailed certificates will have affixed the Massachusetts State Seal with a unique certificate number as well as the state web site where the unique certificate number may be verified for authenticity.<\/p>\n
