Getting Started<\/h3>\n

Using Northern Essex\u2019s e-Recording System a document can be submitted to the Registry of Deeds for electronic recording. This efficient, reliable service allows users to file documents from the convenience of their office.<\/p>\n

The Northern Essex Registry of Deeds has been accepting electronic filing of documents since 2012. In 2016 e-Recording skyrocketed to an astounding 52% of the documents recorded by the Northern Essex Registry with some days seeing totals topping 60%.<\/p>\n

All documents that meet the recording standards of the Registry may be recorded electronically.<\/p>\n
