The Registry does not have certified plot plans<\/strong>. In most instances the Registry has a \u201cPlan of the Land\u201d (which shows the layout of streets and lots for a given location). In addition, \u201cFloor Plans\u201d and \u201cSite Plans\u201d for condominiums are recorded along with the Master Deed and Condominium Trust. If there is a Plan of the Land for your property it will be stated on your deed.
