The Registry of Deeds will be offering a Registered Land Seminar on September 20th at the MV Museum with Land Court Judge Robert B. Foster, Chief Title Examiner Christina T. Geaney, and Chief Surveyor Stephen T. LaMonica.<\/p>\n
This event provides a unique opportunity to engage with officials that are experts in legal matters related to registered land and court procedures.<\/p>\n
In order to make the seminar as meaningful and productive as possible, we will be compiling a list of topics and questions that participants would like addressed. Please email registry@dukescounty.org by September 10th so that we can share these with our guest presenters as we finalize the agenda.<\/p>\n
