Our Registry is one of 8 locations who are offering this updated CNS at this point. We are pleased to provide this service at no cost to you or the public.<\/p>\n<p>Consumer Notification Service is based on data matching \u2013 the information you enter is checked against the database that stores your property data. Data checking is ongoing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a document is modified or added for an address you\u2019ve registered, you\u2019ll get an email alert with instructions to give our office a call to investigate<\/li>\n<li>You can add optional book and page numbers for up to 3 documents for each of the 3 properties you register<\/li>\n<li>If you register by name only, you will be alerted if a lien or similar document is recorded against your name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use <a href=\"https:\/\/cns.masslandrecords.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>this link<\/u><\/strong><\/a> to sign up for the Consumer Notification Service.
