Due to the volume of sales in FY\u201921, Deeds Excise was about 77% higher than the previous fiscal year, and set a new record high. The highest sale of the fiscal year was the 304-acre Aquinnah property owned by the estate of former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis which was purchased by the Martha\u2019s Land Bank and Sheriff\u2019s Meadow Foundation for $27 million.<\/p>\n
