{"id":7808,"date":"2025-03-10T11:58:57","date_gmt":"2025-03-10T16:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/massrods.com\/berkshiresouth2\/?page_id=7808"},"modified":"2025-03-10T11:59:16","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T16:59:16","slug":"assessors-maps-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/massrods.com\/berkshiresouth\/assessors-maps-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Assessor\u2019s Maps"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The following is instructions of how to access Assessors\u2019 Map from Masslandrecords.com<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Goto our public search site:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.masslandrecords.com\/BerkSouth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">masslandrecords.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on \u201cSearch Criteria\u201d at the top of your screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on \u201cBook (Year) Search\u201d under&nbsp;<em>Plans<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then you can do either of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under \u201cBook\/Year\u201d, type in the Town code from the list below. Click \u201cSearch\u201d. This will then bring you to the Assessors\u2019 Maps. Under the \u201cBk\/Pg (Yr\/Pl)\u201d column is the Town code and map number. Highlight the line\/information you would like.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under \u201cBook\/Year\u201d, type in the Town code from the list below. If you know the Map number, insert that number where it states \u201cPage #\/Plan #\u201d. Click \u201cSearch\u201d. Highlight the line\/information you would like.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On the right side of your screen there are two tabs: \u201cview details\u201d and \u201cview images\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also select \u201cprint document\u201d if you would like to have a hard copy of this document.
