You Can Order a Corporate Certificate From the Secretary of States Office and Pick It Up at the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds.<\/p>\n

Here is How To Do It:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. <\/i> Log into Secretary of State William Galvin\u2019s Website<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Select the Certificate you would like<\/li>\n
  3. In the Section labeled \u201cSPECIAL FILING INSTRUCTIONS type the following: \u201cI request my certificate be sent to the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. Complete the form<\/li>\n
  5. Corporate Certificates can be picked up at the Customer Service Desk at the Registry of Deeds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
