Notary Public Services Available<\/h3>\n

If you have a document that must be notarized, you may come to the Registry Office during our normal hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).\u00a0Please bring the document that must be notarized and some form of photo identification issued by a government agency (such as a drivers license or passport).\u00a0Do not sign the document until the notary directs you to do so.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you are currently a Notary and your commission is expiring you can renew your Notary right here at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds. Approximately sixty days before your commission expires, you should fill out the Notary Renewal Application and pay the $60.00 renewal fee to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Please contact the Secretary of the Commonwealths Office for details. When this process is complete you will receive an appointment certificate. Bring the certificate of appointment with you to the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds and we will administer the Notary Oath (note: you must take the oath within 90 days of your appointment date)<\/em>.
